My sister has been a resident at Hope for 10 years. If you were to ask me a year, year and a half ago, I would have maybe given the facility a 1. Staff, not all, not helpful, seemed unconcerned with residents needs, health etc... With the new administration, staff, retraining we are very pleased. Residents seem happier, cleaner,, more active/alert. When I have an issue regarding care, usually taken care of in good time frame. My only issue is laundry. Have a hard time keeping/finding sisters clothes. Getting better, but.... Yes, I would recommend Hope.

My dear friend was a resident of hope health care since February 2017 until she passed just this July. She received personalized care and was treated with dignity and respect. I found her staff to be compassionate, caring, and thorough. Two exceptional people on staff are nurse Judy and Dr. Felix. They went the extra mile to make sure my friend was comfortable and receiving proper care. Ola Is the perfect person to have at the front desk so when you walk in you are greeted with her smile. Other staff including Rose and Kim were very helpful with information and available to answer any questions I had.

My experience has been very pleasant from day 1. The personal tour I was give of the facility was very thorough and informative. The director of family services was very friendly and personable and made me feel very comfortable placing my mom at Hope Nursing Center. The nursing staff was also willing to listen to the strategy I use to encourage my mom to take her meds. The nurse aides are very willing to help make my mom feel comfortable. I am happy to have my mom here.

My brother-in-law has been at Hope Healthcare for over a year and he has received great care. My husband and I are very happy with Hope Healthcare. The staff is very efficient and friendly. I know that if I have a concern I can find someone to help me. The staff works very hard to help to keep their patients satisfied. I would recommend Hope to anyone who need nursing care.

My mom has been here since March 2018. She has been receiving great care from the employees. Everyone is friendly and knows my name. They take very good care of my mom and overall the building could use some updates, but the staff is great. I haven't had any issues and any concerns I do have they are addressed quickly.
