I have to amend my review. The company is awful. We've had the same caregiver for three years basically she works every day, 7 days a week. My husband is not a tough client. He's SCI, not TBI, just needs help getting transfered from bed, dressed, etc. We are laid back. They never have a substitute. Never. She works every single day. She's been out sick for two weeks, and they never called. They never sent a substitute. Caregivers are wonderful, hard workers, pretty reliable - we've had two days missed in the passed three months - which I think is outstanding in this field. Some turnover, but that's to be expected and they always have someone who can fill in if the regular care giver isn't available. They have been extrememly flexible and accomdating to our changing needs.

We have used this company for our father for the past 9 months. We are very happy with the level of care his main caregiver (usually 5 days a week) has provided—he goes above and beyond. There has been some turnover with the 2 other days, but overall we have had good experiences with the caregivers on those days too. It is easy to reach them by email or text & responses are quick.
