The care my dad received at home after a fall and hospital stay was just what he and my mom needed to get him back on the road to recovery and keep him out of a rehab/nursing home! He is doing great and they are still in their home! Grateful to Homestead for everything they did for us!

Homestead was brought in to the independent living at Oakmont in Livonia, where my family member resided, to replace the previous company and I'm so grateful. The previous company did have some staff that were absolute angels and I wish they could have stayed to work for Homestead. However, the new supervisor, Shereen, is a big factor in the improved care my family member received and the fact that we began getting what we paid for consistently, unlike the previous experience. But it's been more than that. I no longer hear complaining about the work they're expected to do, or about the residents when I walk by the break room. A family friend who also lives there, when she pushes the button for assistance, isn't told she'll have to wait for the next shift for help and is consistently treated kindly by everyone who helps her now-also unlike the previous company. It's difficult to leave a family member in the hands of someone else when they are vulnerable and, so far, Homestead seems to be delivering the kind of care we expected when we first enrolled in the extra care services.

My family and I have been so fortunate to have Homestead provide care for our loved one. During a hard time, Homestead worked with us to find creative solutions to make sure that her needs were being met. Something that always impressed me was how available supervisors made themselves to ensure the care was provided. We are especially grateful to Maria and Leslie who have treated us like family. They have hearts of gold! Thank you Homestead for providing such wonderful care!

My parents were residents at Allegria Village in Dearborn and we used Homestead Home Health care to provide them with the extra attention they needed with check-ins and medication management. I don't know what we would have done without them! The whole team was great, like an extended family. Leslie and Maria really care about the residents and the families that they work with. I highly recommend Homestead Home Health Care.

My mother became a resident at Bellbrook within the past year. Homestead has been instrumental in making the process as smooth as possible. Mike and his team is extremely responsive and sensitive to not only the physical needs but emotional needs of their clients. We feel blessed to have the Homestead team on our side.
