Home Therapy and my physical therapist, Mandy, responded to me very quickly when I first reached out in a panic about a diagnosis of osteoporosis. Mandy has been wonderful about customizing exercises for me, based on best practice and keeping me safe from any injuries. She listens to me, and I feel like she is always thinking about and researching how to best improve my health! Honestly, this has been a far more productive route for me than a personal trainer at a gym... I had too many trainers recommend exercises for me that I knew were off-limits. I feel much safer with Mandy.

Latest help i received was to learn how to walk better. Mandy was very pleasant to work with and knowledgeable. Enjoyed working on my reactions and reaction time. Gave me confidence to try driving again after my stroke. I still have my license don't worry. Thanks for all your help. Rita Straus

I cannot recommend Home Therapy Solutions enough. I started therapy for chronic upper and lower back pain and have seen a tremendous difference after working with Tricia for the past six months. I’ve been to other physical therapy clinics before, but I never experienced the level of care or results that I have here. Thanks to Tricia’s knowledge, encouragement, and personalized approach, I’m now able to comfortably do the simple everyday things again and recover much more quickly after more strenuous or active days. I started working with Tricia not too long ago. I struggled with urgency, urinary leaking, a weak pelvic floor, and more. I also struggled with a weak right hip and many hip muscle issues. Within the first two weeks of working with Tricia, and doing the exercises, my urgency went away, I stopped leaking, and I started to have a lot less pain. I also learned so much. I felt confident as a woman again. Empowered. Thank you to Tricia and Home Therapy Solutions for helping me get back my confidence. I’m still at it and hope to continue my work with them. I’m so happy I found such knowledgeable experts and Drs of Physical Therapy and the pelvic floor.
