I have work with Home instead since 2021. I have truly enjoyed working here part time. I plan on working full time sometime in the near future. Monica Jeffries is beyond outstanding. She has working patiently with since day one. They also send me out to clients I can work with. Home instead is awesome.

So thankful and blessed for Home Instead! They provide excellent care for my Mom❤️ They go out of their way to make sure all of our needs and requests are met❤️ They have given me so much comfort and peace of mind❤️ Mom absolutely loves them as well❤️ Can’t thank Tim, Susan, Veronica, Carol, Stephanie, Patricia, Peggy, Brenda, and Kim enough❤️ just to mention a few. We tried other agencies and nothing compares to the quality and plan of care for my Mom!

When I contacted Home Instead for possible assistance for my sister (who needed help around her home and companionship), Susan Blackwood, client care coordinator, was very prompt in her response to my questions. HomeInstead seemed like a very good fit for my sister. Ms. Blackwood took the time to drive 30 to 40 minutes to visit with my sister and myself and spent a good amount of time with both of us asking very pertinent questions; ones we would never have thought of asking. She’s kind and compassionate and very knowledgeable. This is a wonderful service.

Home Instead is a wonder Service. The CNAs and staff helped both my parents for over 2 years. We were so pleased with the quality of help and compassion shown. The caregivers they hire show a high standard of responsibility and the staff thoroughly follow up on any emergencies. I would recommend this service since we used several home care services but Home Instead is by far the very best.

I have been using Home Instead for my mom's healthcare since 2015. The person we have is like one of our family now. Her kind and efficient care has been unmatched by anyone I have had before. She is energetic and always does what is needful while she is here without me having to ask. Her dependability is perfect and I know she will be there for me. She has been invaluable to me and is caring to me also by helping me be the best primary caregiver I can be. Home Instead has met and exceeded my expectations.
