We have been using HomeInstead for a couple of years now. My mother has had a few episodes of TIA’s & was unable to complete basic tasks. Shameka has been crucial in helping facilitate recovery. She is always reliable, compassionate & professional. Her medical knowledge has been critical with diagnosing & assisting with all her needs. We use Home Instead Slidell to care for our Mom, who is recovering from a fall. The care team has been great to work with. Very transparent, great communication, billing has been easy. As for our Mom’s care team, Jessica has been a gift. Our family has enjoyed having her in our home, knowing our Mom is safe and cared for lovingly. Jessica is always on-time, in uniform with her name badge on, communicates directly with our mom. Our mom raves about the laughs she and Jessica share. It’s been great. The other care member that has worked with our mom is Erin. Erin is so caring and understanding. She has also been a great addition to her care team She provides care with love and compassion. Always up to doing anything that is asked of her and being there to be supportive.Both of these ladies will be missed when our mom no longer needs assistance. We can’t thank them enough for all they do!
