Right at Home has been with me every step of the way since moving back to Louisiana to care for my mother who is 99 and severe dementia. I truly lucked out with Susan, the caregiver RAH sent to us. This is end of life for most of these patients, and having someone that is loving and caring to my mom at these last stages of her life is priceless. We love you Susan and Right at Home !! Ty Ty Ty

Love love love this company!!!!! They have helped my family more times than i can count. The communication is top tier and whenever something is changed with the schedule i know in advance and they are more than helpful to accommodate. .

We've had Right at Home taking care of my mom when needed for almost a month. Since they first came over, they've shown the caring that you want for a loved one. They've also been open to questions and have made me a better caretaker for my mom and I am so appreciative of this. The people in the office with scheduling have been extremely flexible. Two perfect examples of this were the two weeks prior to this when my mom was in the hospital. Two weeks ago, we didn't know when she would be discharged. I didn't know an answer until about the day before. They were understanding. Last week, I didn't think she would be released before Friday, so I canceled. She got released on Friday and they were able to come out and take care of her while I went to do something for work. With Right at Home, there are things you know are going to happen. 1. The caregiver is going to take care of your loved one the way you want. 2. They're to be on time. 3. They're open to answering questions. 4. If you're late getting back, they're going to wait for you with no complaints.
