I had a aide through another agency that was hired by you (Carol Howard) she was one of the most worthless person by far that I had in the 10yrs that I been dealing with home health agencies, & I had dozens! All she did was complain about her bad knee, weather, & didn't like to do much work, when she did, all she did was complain about it! Plus coming up with reasons to leave early, like has to pick up her boyfriend from work, or her knee hurts! My advice, maybe do a little more checks on a person before you hire someone, like are they physically fit for the job!?
