Very pleased with the everything with Home Instead Rogers. Nicky, Kathy were our usual, Heidi filled in once and they were all fantastic with my sister in law. Good communication from Chase and Ivey as well.

We are incredibly grateful for the care and compassion shown by our carer Evelyn while looking after my mother-in-law. From the very beginning, she demonstrated patience, kindness, and a true understanding of daily challenges. She always treated my mother-in-law with dignity and respect, taking the time to listen, reassure, and follow routines that helped provide comfort and familiarity. Their calm and gentle approach made a noticeable difference in my mothers-in-law mood and well‑being. Knowing our loved one was in such capable and caring hands brought our family great peace of mind. We truly appreciate the dedication, and warmth Evelyn has brought to their role and would highly recommend them to anyone seeking at home care.

I interviewed several well-known companies when considering home health for my mom. Home Instead in my opinion stood out amongst the others from the quality of care she would receive, the hours/days I needed them. They also recommended a Surviving VA Spouse program which allowed mom to get more income to help pay for the resources. The aide was always on time and never missed a day. She was instrumental in getting my mom back on a regular shower schedule as mom has Alzheimer’s and dementia and is a little afraid of water. I highly recommend them – they are a compassionate caring company.

Just got a call from a lady after applying online for my disabled father, didn’t get her name but she was very rude. Very condescending. Did not feel comfortable continuing with this program. Very unwelcoming atmosphere did not want to continue and put my father through that. Going to Pinnacle in home care instead.

It's hard to know where to begin....Home Instead provided the perfect match for a caregiver in my mothers final days. She was not only attentive, but compassionate, and went beyond her duties as a caregiver. The administrators were sensitive to our experience, especially with time being of the essence. I will always be thankful to them and would recommend them to anyone who finds themselves in need of finding quality care for a family member.
