Our mom received excellent care from Home Instead over several years. Ashley and her team were attentive to our needs and concerns at all times. The staff was reliable and consistent and our mom was able to form nice relationships with many of the caregivers.

Home Instead was an amazing partner to us when my mom unexpectedly took a fall that resulted in an acute care stay followed by a transition to rehabilitation. Upon leaving rehab, she wasn't quite ready to resume independent living -- and Home Instead stepped in to fill the gap. They were immediately responsive, supportive, and professional when we reached out, and got my mom's services up and running super quickly. My brother and I both live out of the area so we were worried about how coordination would happen, but they were great about keeping us in the loop. Ashley in particular was a godsend -- responsive to email, happy to hop on a call to discuss any questions, and super flexible when we had to switch around scheduling. Their caregivers were reliable, empathetic, and skilled. My mom quickly developed some favorites, who even stopped by just to say hello when they were visiting other residents of the independent living community! It was so reassuring to know our mom was in good hands with people we could easily reach with concerns or questions, and who were reliably on hand to support her care and transition back to solo living. Highly, highly, highly recommend them.

I started using Home Instead Senior Care in Peabody, MA to help care for my 95 year old mom in her apartment in December. For years, my family considered finding someone to help, but we were fearful we would not find someone to care for mom like we do! From the minute we met with the Home Instead coordinator, and then the caregivers, we were at ease. Home Instead Senior Care is compassionate, reliable, professional, caring, and responds quickly to questions and concerns. My family could not be happier we chose them. Also, during this difficult time--that we are all facing--they have gone above and beyond what I would ever expect of them! All the people I’ve met are great and I would highly recommend Home Instead Senior Care to anyone who needs quality care and help for a family member. I’m glad we did! C. Hervieux
