Home Instead has been a life saver for my wife and I. She is in a wheelchair and cannot stand or walk. I called Home Instead and they have provided very caring and capable caregivers who come to our home and care for my wife. I am able to leave my house to run errands and take a break for myself. I know she is in good hands while I am gone. I highly recommend Home Instead.

I so appreciate Home Instead! I have found them to be super professional, extremely efficient and a business with a heart. It’s so refreshing to find a company that does what they say they’ll do. When we needed to tweak the schedule, they offered some flexibility to accommodate us. The CarePros are courteous, respectful, and caring in their duties. In a time of need with this broken healthcare system, it’s awesome to know there’s a company you can turn to. Note: This review should have been for the Berlin, MD Home Instead location, however, I am unable to delete this review.

Last year, I relocatd my 85 yr old Mother from OH to live with me and my husband in Pasadena MD. I decided to contact Home Instead to help with weekly care of my Mom. The entire Home Instead Team have been so kind, respectful and professional during the 4 months they've been working with my family. Employees that are part of the CarePro team are pleasant and well-trained. I would definitely recommend Home Instead to provide that much needed helping hand, to help keep the caretaker from becoming overwhelmed both physically and mentally. Thank you, Home Instead for your thoughtful and comforting care.

I have been using Home Instead the past two years for in home care for my mom. The care providers have been such a great help with both in home care and also getting her to her appointments as I live a good distance away and can't always make it over to take her. Also Jennifer Hammons the Client Services Manager is top notch in her position. She is very attentive to her clients needs and very prompt in responding back when reached out to.
