Debra McCarthy has been caring for our mother for over a year. She is extremely compassionate, caring, loving, knowledgeable, engaging and professional. Our mother responds to her gentle and kind ways. We can't say enough about her and her outstanding caregiver skills. Our family is so appreciative.

We initiated services with HomeInstead in August. We weren’t sure we’d find a proper fit for my 97 yo German mother who is set in her ways. Josie Fedak, Office Mgr, was instrumental in guiding me in the right direction in finding a proper fit. She did even better than that…she struck gold!! We were introduced to Faustina from HI via a Zoom call. Tina, as we call her, has been nothing but “stellar” in providing the care and compassion we’d hope for from this organization. My mom loves this lady because Tina has applied herself to become not only an “aide” but a friend to my mom. Mom is losing her mind a bit and really doesn’t recognize many people anymore but Tina has her so programmed that mom now hugs her at night before going to bed and says, “Love you!” This can be made up. It’s reality. Hats off to Tina for making my moms home, her home too and treating mom with the respect, patience and compassion we’d hope were hoping for when we signed the contract. She embodies compassion, empathy and professionalism, and she is friendly and competent as well. She and my husband have developed a lovely bond and even though he is disabled from a recent accident, it is truly a joy to behold them together. Today, my husband turnt 90 and Francesca arrived with gifts, balloons and topped this off by cooking his favourite breakfast. I couldn’t be more thankful.” ~ Karen Sindoni

Home Instead provides excellent care. Our Home Instead provider is Dina Masterpalo. She is excellent. She is always a significant help and has many skills she brings to the job. She does things without asking and is very good at everything she does. She is an outstanding home health care provider. I am glad I use Home Instead to provide this critical home health care. I would not go anywhere else.

I’m so happy we found home instead for my mom’s home care. My mom’s home health aide, Luz, has been such a pleasure to work with. She truly cares for my mom. Not only is Luz a great person she is a hard worker and finds ways to help my mom that I had not thought of. We are super lucky to have been put in contact with her.
