I worked for this company for a few years before switching careers and my time at Home Instead was very positive. I write this for anyone who’s reading this thinking of applying you should. The clients and families made my job meaningful and unforgettable. Communication is excellent with office staff. I felt supported by the office and the HR manager genuinely cares about its employees. I have worked at nursing homes other agencies etc, past CNA and this was my best experience of healthcare work. Home Instead is a very good home care agency for work and support to keep seniors home 5/5

Home Instead has been a Godsend. We so appreciate all of their help. Every person we come in contact with is so helpful. They have worked with us to build a wonderful team of aids to make our father's life and ours so much easier. He calls them his angels. Sue and Sarah are always ready to work with us on every need he has and the aids have become like family. Thank you.❤️

Home Instead office representatives do a great job keeping in regular communication with the client. Additionally, they respond very quickly if there are any issues or concerns that need discussed. The caregivers we have worked with are very professional and demonstrate caring and compassion.

Home instead was one of the best things we ever did for my mother-in-law. I wish we would have started the service earlier than we did. We started the service when she went blind and was having panic attacks. When in a room by herself, we were home, but not where she could hear us Home Instead, filled that companionship and interaction, I was not able to give while I was working at home, for my job and also the days I was trying to clean, do laundry and basic chores around the house. The staff was very helpful in understanding as things progressed with her being flexible with start times and days.

I've been working for this company for only a few months so far. From what I've seen, I couldn't ask for better co-workers or office staff. Everybody has been helpful, patient, honest, and reliable. My work schedule is slowly getting to where I want it, and if there's any issues with a patient, dates, or times on my end, the office is very flexible with rescheduling or moving dates and times around for the people I take care of. My driving time between patients is usually 30 minutes or less which is good, and I get to decide how much is too much. Couldn't ask for a more supportive team. This company is legit. No back stabbing, lies, or manipulative behavior like what I've seen from past Healthcare facilities. No tension, no fighting. Everyone works together. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
