New owners, Jennifer is gone. Give this place a chance, the new owner has an excellent track record for being a good caregiver, and she owns multiple other locations which are equally well-regarded. Good luck to the new owners, thank you for taking good care of our family members.

We are overly pleased with the care we have had for Mom, Ada was wonderful to work with, we had a situation that we needed to get put in place as promptly as possible, and Ada and staff made it happen! The staff of caregivers were well chosen and had a good solid background in homecare. Thanks so Much, Tim

Being that I have a personal Assistant paid through the IDHS program, it was up to me as a provider to find other caregivers so that I can fill hours for my plan. I called and was transferred to (owner) Jennifer Hannah who was very curt and gruff letting me know that Home Instead was in no capacity currently or planning to work with federal or state government organizations or programs. When I asked why not as that seems to be a huge revenue stream to leave on the table for a small amount of one time paperwork. She explained to me that it was none of my buisness how or why home instead made it's decisions. After seeing the social media post where she violated her former employees civil rights by unlawfully detaining a terminated over a stupid key for. Even if under new ownership, it doesn't sell confidence to the public that you "owner's " can vet a productive office manager. Maybe you should contact a person who is confident in buisness management and customer service and has experience in government contracts so you can change your company reputation.

Mom was dead set against these people coming into her home. Now she loves sitting and visiting with the staff. All the girls that have been sent are pleasant and nice. They have helped on days when they were not suppose to be here. The service takes a lot off my mind and helps her with Doctor appointments, picking up meds, and even taking her to the ER when her knee was in pain. I for one think they are an awesome bunch. Thanks for everything you have done.

We are extremely happy with Jennifer and her Home Instead team. The caregivers for our father are well trained, competent, and positive. Particularly, Crystal has been very hands on integrating new caregivers into our house with our father. She really goes the extra mile. Dawn is an extraordinary asset and we feel very fortunate that she is the cornerstone of our father’s care. My sisters and I live quite a distance away and this care service has allowed us to have confidence in his care as well as getting updates from the caregivers regularly on the portal. Highly recommend this service for the care of a loved one. Our father is happy to be in his home and we appreciate and value having Home Instead manage this care.
