WOW! Is all I would have to say about my experience working with HomeInstead Beaverton! I came to HomeInstead having worked as a caregiver for only one other nonprofit in the Portland area. I have been Employed at that nonprofit for 21 years. I came in skeptical because I didn’t know if I would be treated as well at HomeInstead as I was with the other nonprofit. I have felt 150% supported and thoroughly appreciated by the staff at HomeInstead Beaverton. It’s amazing the number of handwritten cards I have gotten from numerous staff people, including the owners. They have truly figured out how to appreciate their workforce! I will also say the individuals that I have worked with and cared for in their homes have been so impactful to me! I have loved getting to know and working with each and every one of them. I am truly happy that I found HomeInstead Beaverton!

The best company I’ve ever worked for! They truly are so caring and supportive through all parts of the job. I love my job and I truly haven’t said that much in my 39 years of life. I chose this company because the wonderful reviews on here from clients and on indeed from past and current employee's. They really go out of their way to make everyone feel at home. 🥰😌

Home Instead’s Beaverton branch has supported our mother for over a year, and the experience has been exceptional. Since we live out of state, having a roster of kind, hardworking, and dedicated aides provides immense peace of mind. The office has been incredibly responsive to our needs, making shift changes and aide adjustments seamless. We couldn't be more grateful for their support.

I truly appreciate the partnership we have with Home Instead and the leadership Todd brings to his team. Todd consistently demonstrates a strong commitment to quality and to the people we collectively serve. What stands out most is his dedication to staying connected. He provides regular check-ins, remains accessible, and genuinely welcomes feedback so that care can continuously improve. That level of partnership and accountability makes a meaningful difference. Todd and his team approach their work with professionalism, compassion, and reliability. It is clear they care deeply about supporting older adults and their families, and they work hard to ensure those they serve receive thoughtful, attentive care. I’m grateful for the collaboration and the shared commitment to doing the right thing for the people in our community.

I love this company. They take such good care of all their employees. The whole entire Staff at Home Instead is absolutely the most Loving, Caring, Unselfish, this List could go on and on and on. All of the Staff is very accommodating to all of our cares and our needs. Home Instead cares about ALL of their clients. Home Instead gives the BEST of CARE to ALL of their Clients. I LOVE working for a company that Cares about Me, and Sees Me. Thank you Home Instead.
