We decided to do everything we could to keep our mother in her independent living apartment, rather than going to the assisted living side of her retirement community. This resulted in a five year journey with the good people from Home Helpers. My mother was well cared for and often mentioned that these folks weren’t helpers, they were her friends. We had very positive, unique experiences with each one of our helpers. The quality of care enabled us to fulfill my mother’s wishes to remain in her apartment. I Plan to keep in touch with all of these friends. Highly recommended!

Home Helpers provided daily caregivers for my husband for 2 years, some periods for 24/7 coverage, and other periods for 13-15 hours/day.

I am very pleased with the office staff’s care and concern for both of us, and being responsive and quick to adjust our hours occasionally when needed. They were always helpful when I called with questions.

All of our caregivers were friendly, competent, and attentive to my husband’s needs, and I felt comfortable leaving him in their care when I had to go out for a while. They also helped me with some light housekeeping chores at times.

I’m so glad that with Home Helpers providing care, my husband was able to live at home until his death, which was so important to both of us.

I have nothing but great things to say about Home Helpers. They have come in to help care for my mother for the past almost 2 years. Some of the aids are now like family to us! The managing staff has always been very responsive and accommodating to our needs and wishes. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of home care assistance. They are awesome!

While my mother was battling the last stages of Alzheimer’s, I contacted Home Helpers as her care required more attention and expertise. They were quick to respond and days later, after a meeting with two of their coordinators, we were assigned a nurse and it was the best decision we made. Their nurses was very knowledgeable, punctual, attentive and without much guidance knew what to do. This also allowed us to have some personal time knowing that my mother was in good hands. I highly recommend their services.

We had our home Helper, Key, for 2 years. She was loving and supportive to our mom and rarely called off work. The office staff, Jone, was always responsive and were able to get us good people for special events and the nurse manager Donna was great too!
