The service when you are there is great. They get 3 starts because they never leave you alone after the person dies, they are constantly Trying to contact you even when you contact them and ask them not to unless it is a Billing related issue I no longer need your services. There has never been a balance due, but they still keep contacting you four months after hounding you through the mail. It’s ridiculous and it’s unneeded. So Zeb Clayton please leave me the hell alone for a bright vice president of client services her awful man

I wanted to than Home Health & Hospice Care for making it possible to honor Ann's final wish to be able to go to sleep at home. Their expert guidance both in person and on the phone as well as their quick response time and medication management allowed me to keep her comfortable during the transition. Highly recommend this caring team to anyone needing guidance for hospice.

I have seen 4 different home visit RN's so far to help with home IV and wound care. Everyone has been fantastic. Great communication, great advocacy, highly skilled and thorough. I would certainly consider this team for any home health needs again. Jennifer is my usual provider and is a Godsend. She has made this difficult time a whole lot easier.

I can not say enough good words about these professionals. My wife was diagnosed with a terminal illness but wanted to remain at home until the end. HHHC was very understanding and provided compassionate care until the end. The nurses were very knowledgeable and understanding. They provided all the medications necessary to keep my wife comfortable and pain free. When there was a specific concern, they immediately contacted the doctor and provided a resolution. They even provided volunteers to come sit and talk when we just needed someone to talk to. They even had a social worker come out and check on me with care knowing how stressful the entire time was for me. When the end came they were compassionate and respectful while making sure all of the legal aspects were attended to. Every single staff member we met was caring and professional. Highly recommended.

The team that has been caring for my Father have been nothing but wonderful. Each visiting nurse and specialist has been caring and warm. Patti and Alex(PT) are an absolute delight to work with. Beth(RN) is so supportive with answering questions and helping give advice for my Father’s care. Grateful isn’t enough to describe how I feel towards this team. Thank you to all for being so fantastic with my Father’s care. Highly recommend this facility for Home Care.
