Fallon - My mother was reluctant to receive help and visits from strangers in her home, but the aides are used to dealing with the different moods of patients and are very understanding and tolerant. They train their nurses well. Both the direct and the support staff in the office have been wonderful: providing consistent quality care and great flexibility as our circumstances changed. They are professional and compassionate, quickly developing a wonderful rapport. 👏🏾🙏🏾
