HCA cared for John for six years. John was happy with his care and his caregivers. Becky and the nurse would also visit him on occasion to make sure everything was in place for him. His most recent caregivers were very considerate in assisting him in eating and drinking in public, making sure he was not uncomfortable. When I called the agency regarding an issue, I always got an answer and never had to wait for someone to call me back. I would use HCA again.

The HCA team provided great support and care to a family member for a number of years. It was a comfort to also have the on call team there to help with after hours issues with us living out of state, and really everyone was very responsive whenever we reached out. We appreciate the entire team for adjusting to our needs as things changed over time. I can say we can't imagine how we would have gotten through this period of time without the Richmond team.

HCA provided caregivers who were capable of giving my husband quality care. They were compassionate and had the experience required to care for a totally disabled client. I had used several agencies during his illness and the service I received from HCA was second to none. If a caregiver could not come, the replacement was always top notch. The staff always answered or returned my calls the same day and worked wonders to find just the right caregiver for my husband. I would definitely recommend this agency for homecare of a loved one.
