Home Bound Medical did not handle me with kid's glove . They kept cutting my hours for which I had already been approved for through my Medicaid AR choices Program. Debbie Goodwin told me one day before that my caregiver was supposedly getting promoted to take care of more acute cases! Debbie said my caregiver would be with me only for one day a week now and I would just have to put up with it .Debbie told me it would take a week or longer to get a caregiver. I felt discriminated against due to me being on medicaid, because these so called acute patients were private pay and homebound makes more money from those cases than mine. Homebound pulled my caregiver off shifts with me to cover other cases, because she was their best caregiver and they never have enough staff .Debbie said they were sicker and needed more help than me, go figure. I put up with all these antics for months until I had enough. I got tired of their lies and bad care. The bottom line about Home Bound is that their : Uncaring, Unorganized, UnProfessional, Untruthful, and under staffed! If you do care, this is not the place for you, no warm fuzzies! Everyone Beware!!!

I had reached out to see if I could get some help with daily things. I invited the lady into my home and all she had to say was my house was mess multiple times. And over all had the nerve to tell me my problem was I'm fat and lazy and she wasn't going to be able to help.

i would recommend Home Bound to anyone needing home health services or private duty nursing for their family or themselves in their home. Staff is caring, compassionate, and very professional. Administrator, Gayla Gray, goes above and beyond to meet your needs.

Amazing company and workers! The caregivers are compassionate and well trained to care for their clients. HomeBound not only checks references and performs thorough background checks, but also takes time to find the perfect caregiver match for each client, taking into account personality, hobbies and common interests in addition to requested schedule and geographic accessibility. HomeBound has completely revamped their office staff. Very Professional!

Gayla and her staff were absolutely amazing! They went so far above and beyond for my father-in-law and for us. We were so grateful to work with such dedicated professionals at such a difficult time in our lives. They made everything that we had to accomplish so much easier, by offering their staff, their resources and their advice. We would highly recommend them!!
