My 98 year old mom is in a nursing home and has dementia. I was totally unaware of the hospice care that is available to improve the quality of life of a patient that isn’t necessarily in the last days of life. The Elite Hospice team of Mountain Home, has provided a wealth of knowledge to my family regarding our Mom’s care. They have all worked closely together, as an organized machine, providing additional eyes and hands-on care with the facility staff, ensuring our mom is receiving the best possible care. Her quality of life has improved immensely, and we are over the moon about the progress she has made since they have been involved.

I’m a difficult person to please, but they did everything they could to do so. Randy is by far the best person to go through if you have questions or concerns. He’s very knowledgeable, kind, and extremely good at his job. I mostly delt with Randy and Kindra. On a couple occasions, Karen, who I feel is very knowledgeable but triggered me a couple times. Probably my fault 100% . I’m easily triggered. But that’s okay, I feel I got her back by telling her about my body boards in my garage. The look on her face was priceless and made up for everything. lol! So, all in all, they are good people. I would definitely recommend them. I do hope they work on getting on call nurses closer as needed. I had an instance With needing help getting my mother up and my on-call nurse was two hours away. But Randy came within just a few minutes of me calling even though he wasn’t on call.. Recommend!

Hospice Elite of Mountain View, AR provided the absolute best care I could have ever hoped for during the last days of my husband, Michael's life. They were concerned, caring and comforting to both of us. They will always have a place in my heart.

I would like to thank all of the care givers with Hospice of North Arkansas. They took very good care of my Mother and Father for over a year. They was very caring and professional and was like a family to all of us. I was so thankful to have there care and support during that most difficult time. Thank you again.
