I've known Thomas Bailey for over 20 years. He alone has 30 plus years experience in long term care. My father ended up with a infection that ultimately took his life. Let me just say. My father had the best end of life experience that I've ever seen.. Dad told me. "sis, I want one of those jacuzzi baths" . I reached out to my friend Thomas who does the admissions and so many other position for Hiram Shaddox.. the next day my father had been admitted to Hiram Shaddox.. he got that jacuzzi bath a time or two. Nurses and CNA knew my dad liked to tell jokes..so they would bring their best jokes and laughs..I couldn't thank Hiram Shaddox or Thomas Bailey anymore for their efforts in this difficult time..Truly thank you all from the bottom of our hearts.

Hiram Shaddox is a very clean and cozy establishment! The staff always seem so nice, respectful, and willing to assist anyway they can. Would not hesitate to have them take care of loved ones.

I have visited quite a few rehab/assisted living facilities and I can say with confidence that Hiram Shaddox is the best! Hiram Shaddox is clean, modern, and welcoming. The staff members are all kind, compassionate, and empathetic. A family would have peace of mind knowing that their loved one is being cared for by such an incredible team. Mountain Home, AR is blessed to have them.
