TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! THEY DO NOT SHOW UP WHEN THEY SHOULD, THEY DO NOT CALL YOU TO TELL YOU WHAT IS GOING ON.THEY DO NOT RETURN PHONE CALLS. I MISSED AN IMPORTANT INFUSION TODAY, BECAUSE TWO PEOPLE WERE ON VACATION, AND THEY HAVE “NO BACKUP “.I HOPE THE VA CAN FIND A MORE DEPENDABLE SERVICE!!!

I had the worse, I mean the worse service possible from a home care facility, ms.kim cobbins, who runs this facility, is personally running it into the ground, lack of nurses, she can't provide the clients service even when she has proper enough time to fill the absent nurse position, my nurse had a family emergency and she contacted the facility three days before my home visit, and well the rest went straight down hill from there the facility couldn't provide service until three days after my original date that my nurse was supposed to come out to my home, even then that was not acceptable, Ms Kim cobbins don't know how to talk to people, she talks at a person she doesn't listen to your situation she just make every excuse in the book she does not accept responsibility for any of her actions instead of talking and listening to the few clients she has she's running this facility into the ground by herself a shortage of nurses for one a lack of knowledge for two if you can find another facility do so because this facility is the worse in home health care
