My mom got great care here after her knee replacement surgery. The staff is kind and professional. The only suggestion I have is to get some up graded beds for the patients. Thank you for doing a wonderful job taking care of my mom.

My sister has been living at Holt for well over a year and she is comfortable, cared for very well and as content as one could hope for their loved one to be under the circumstances. Holt is a warm, inviting, well run and well maintained facility. The staff are dedicated and caring and offer personal attention to each resident. I don't have to worry about my sister as I go through own health crisis and that is priceless.

This facility provided inadequate care to my great-grandmother. Her requests for help were consistently ignored, leaving her unattended or stationary for excessive periods. I am extremely dissatisfied with the treatment she received. Thankfully, she has returned home. The staff should be held accountable for their substandard care.

My 87 year old dad with Dementia and a broken neck and back was sent here. There are no recliners or chairs residents are only given wheelchairs and that’s what they have to sit in all day. Med errors on the first day. No supervision. We came to visit and he was up walking without his walker with no one paying attention to him. Rude unprofessional nurse. They also do not have bed alarms or chair alarms. One nurse for 35 residents. One cena for 16 residents. Very unsafe for residents who cannot advocate for themselves

My mother in law is living there now and so far, so good. Every person we have encountered working there has been beyond kind, patient, friendly and professional. They truly seem to care about the residents and take gentle, caring and phenomenal care of them. The meals are plentiful and look appetizing. We spoke to our mother in law recently about the possibility of moving to live with one of her sons and his wife, but she said she thinks she wants to stay there. The building has several comfortable places to visit with your loved ones, but the only downside is that the shared residents’ living areas are very very small and cramped. I do wish they’d invest in some renovations to make this better.
