About Hollywood Premier Healthcare Center

Hollywood Premier Healthcare Center is a skilled nursing and long-term care facility in Los Angeles, California. It serves patients recovering from surgery, stroke, and other conditions requiring rehabilitation and ongoing medical support.

Family experiences at the facility are sharply divided. Some describe attentive staff who handle laundry, meals, rehabilitation, and transportation to medical appointments with care, one family wrote, "they were so good with meeting her needs." A warm, home-like atmosphere emerged in a few accounts. However, the majority of reviews cite serious concerns: staff described as inattentive or overwhelmed, communication barriers, inconsistent cleanliness, inadequate physical therapy despite the rehabilitation focus, and gaps in supervision and responsiveness to patient needs. Families report unresolved maintenance issues and frustration with administrative processes.

To compare this place to a bad train wreck is it insult to bad train wrecks. I came here to heal after successful surgery and a very fine Hospital. At the hospital staff was attentive and confidence. Hair not hardly anyone speaks English and they don't know what they're doing. Everyone seems to be too busy to help One thing after another has gone wrong since I've been here. My signaling button went out so I am using my phone to call when I need help. A couple of hours ago I had to wait an hour for help going to the bathroom. The person who came to help was very good, but he said this was a busy time of day because that's when they feed people that can't feed themselves. Shouldn't a plan for that? Much of the support staff is very arrogant and self-serving. Many don't understand English. This is a for-profit operation that really Cuts corners. One man came in to give me some pills. I asked if he could help me with something but he said he was busy watching the game. He is on the clock! This morning when I asked for a bedpan they said they were too busy and they were out of bed pan. They told me to fill my pants instead and then get to me later that was about 30 minutes later till they finally did. Skilled nursing facilities are not known for being very good, but this one takes the cake. It was the only one in the LA area to be available when I needed it anyone wonder why? The one reason I gave that to rather than one was that the OT and PT were decent. Later I found out they didn't serve me well

I have been at Hollywood Premier healthcare services for three years now and that’s three years too much before you bring your family to this place you should know that all of the nurses here there is only one supreme nurse her name is Joanne ask for Joanne she will take care of your family like her own. And then there is the DON she’s a hypocrite and it’s not fair. She plays favoritism her name is Elizabeth other than that my time here has been decent, but I’ve been here too long.

Thee most disgusting facility I've ever been too. Like a 3rd world country. Patients roaming unsupervised. Filthy floors, no parking, no actual physical therapy or compassion for the patients. Little to no water given and when it is its given in a plastic shot glass! Patients unkept, sheets filthy, dirty floors, little to no bathing. Gross Gross! It is a rehab place and yet no physical therapy happenen here! Patients just left in bed! This place needs to be shut down!
