I would like to thank God and the Holly Hill nursing and rehabilitation center for taking such good care of me and putting me back on my feet. The care and therapies were superb. Heartfelt thanks go out to every member of my team including but not limited to Dr Talbert, NP Cindy, my nurses Barbara, Denise, Desiree, Lee, Lisa, Geneva, Nursing Assistants: Veronica, Cam and Shannon St: Olivia and Sarah, PT: Ashley and Oliver OT Kirsten and Airene and HK, Whitney. I cannot forget the team that kept me entertained with bingo and other games. Rhodesia and Crystal. Always behind the scenes are Padra Admin Kierra in the business office and Crystal asst Don. There to greet me on my first day was Mr Daniel Washington, Don and son of one of my longtime coworkers many years ago. There to bid me off and help me with housing and any other help that I required was Ms Veronica. All were so good and helpful and I cannot thank them enough for giving me Godly care. God bless you all and any I may have missed.

If you are seeking a suitable home for your loved one, I recommend that you personally visit the facility. While reviews should be considered, it is important to note that a significant number of these reviews are written by current employees. However, when the Administrator (Nomica Guillory), the Administrator in training (Padra Francois), the Nurse (Ashley), and other staff members write these positive reviews, they are NOT disclosing their employment status at the nursing home. For a genuine assessment of the nursing home’s performance on both state and federal levels, I suggest researching Louisiana State Nursing Home Reviews online. You may be surprised by the findings.

The staff are kind and attentive, and residents appear well cared for. The facility is clean and calm, and communication has been straightforward when questions come up. Overall, it feels like a place where people are treated with respect and their day-to-day needs are thoughtfully managed.

Do not deliver your loved ones to this place. My experience was terrible. Treatment of my father was deplorable. I pulled him out today. If you cant trust the people paid to take care of your loved ones, keeping them home is your only option. I would have people visit him when I couldn't be there and they still left my father in his own bodily waste for hours. I was told he was found wet at 7:30 a.m. so why was it after 10 before he was taken to the shower? The mattress was soaked at 7:30. So why was he "cleaned up" then left to eat breakfast in his saturation. Puddles on the floor, proving they hadn't cleaned. My poor niece, witnessed her grandfather in this state and thankfully called me. I quickly made my way there and filed a report. Next time anyone ask you about putting someone you love in a facility, remember this, no one loves your people the way you do. These people are luck I gave one star and didn't call the police.

While inquiring about a nursing home in the area this facility's name came up. This facility has made major improvements. The staff works tirelessly for all residents and can be very informative with any issues or concerns. I have also had an astounding experience with the wound care nurse(reasoning for interest in facility). The care for the residents and advice on proper procedures for wounds were astounding
