If I could give zero stars, I would. My brother, an amputee who was receiving care at Holly Hill, was locked up on July 11th. From that day forward, I made multiple attempts to contact Ashley Harden regarding whether his bed would still be available upon his release. For two full weeks, my calls and messages were completely ignored. It wasn’t until I contacted corporate that Ashley Harden finally reached out only to claim his bed is no longer available. Here’s the issue: my brother hasn’t been convicted of anything. His insurance should not have been cut off, and according to what we later learned, he was eligible to return to the facility. Holly Hill is still billing his insurance, meaning he is technically still considered a resident. The other issue is a complete lack of communication and transparency. Ashley Harden stated she would follow up again on Monday it is now Thursday and just like before, that call never came. I’ve continued to call with no response, and I was forced to escalate the situation to corporate again. This has caused unnecessary stress on my family, especially my brother, who could have been back in the facility much sooner had Ashley Harden simply done her job and communicated properly. This kind of neglect and dishonesty is unacceptable, especially when you’re dealing with vulnerable patients who rely on this care. Please do better.

I am a resident, what I dislike about being here is the staff has made favorites and residents pay the price. Making a very small group of us feel left out. No snakes, soda, and privileges. All because of two old women, funny I know, but wow it short can make a person feel isolated alone. Depressing. This is a good nursing home. I am recommending it but if your parent is WHITE and you don't want them to be isolated and alone you better visit. Laundry. The laundry department will take their clothing and keep it.

Wish I could give less than 1 star. Holly Hill Nursing Home is the worst facility I've ever been in. My grandfather is a resident there and it is nothing but neglect. He's had 2 broken bones in 2 weeks. The nurses give excuses or don't know what happened. He was attacked by another resident and ended up with a broken collar bone. They say he slipped on water, but his clothes were not wet when I arrived 5 minutes after it happened to find they did no evaluation and no vitals, which resulted in him having a broken hip and needs surgery. We have visited him to find his sheets and bed were molded. He's been left in a soiled diaper and soiled clothes from food. The staff complains about under staffing to resident families. If you have a family member in need of care I beg you please do not send them to this facility.
