I just want to take this opportunity to thank everyone at Hollis Park Manor for the care and support given to my mom, Ms. Joseph, during her stay there. Everyone was truly helpful from the doctors, social workers, supervisors, managers, nurses, physical therapists, and CNAs to the kitchen staff, cleaners, and laundry staff. I am sincerely grateful for all your help, kindness, and compassion shown to my mom throughout her stay. Unfortunately, I could not come yesterday to personally thank everyone when my mom was transferred to Hillside Manor because I was out of town. However, I still want to express my heartfelt appreciation for everything you did for her. Thank you all so much. 🙏 Shola Akojenu

Hollis Park Manor receives my highest recommendation. What impressed me most was the high quality of the staff employees in all areas. Be it nurses, aides, physical therapy, entertainment, admissions, or kitchen, these individuals are top of the line. Whoever makes the hiring decisions at Hollis Park Manor deserves an award. Is there any area that could be improved? I would love to see a better selection of food offerings, however, the kitchen staff will work with you to make your experience the best possible. Overall, Hollis Park Manor is a wonderful facility, staffed by people who truly care about your well being.

As a Mobile Notary Service we travel to different care facilities across Queens and we can truly say that Hollis Park Manor is one of the cleanest and friendliest rehabilitation and nursing centers we have been to. From the nurses to the administration team everyone that we have interacted with showed a high level or care and respect for their residents. We had the pleasure of notarizing documents for their residents and they spoke highly of the staff and the care that they received.

My dad is here after a a hospital when he had a stroke . While we wanted him home the care was too much for my elderly mother . Hes been here a few weeks and has improved slowly. The front desk helpful with what my mom needs and have car service for her to visit . while all places have people who do not care for their patients I must say while I visit many nurses in this facility do. The draw back the construction can be loud at times.

My mom was there for a extended stay, the room was shared with 3 other residence. Her personal belongings was taken often although I reported it. I came to an agreement and took a portion of the money for the stolen property based on the receipt that I photocopy. The room was not clean often. There is no one at the nursing station. The young Hispanic receptionist needs proper training. There are a few good persons with common curtesy, that can be counted on one hand.
