Founded in 2015 by licensed RN Caitlin Richards, the agency provides non-medical homecare with a holistic approach to wellness, emphasizing care for mind, body, and soul.

The agency offers a comprehensive range of home healthcare services including companionship and emotional support, assistance with activities of daily living, personal hygiene and grooming help, housekeeping, nutritious meal planning and preparation, safe transportation, and post-recovery care. Caregivers receive internal workshops and ongoing training to enhance their skills, with particular emphasis on nutrition as part of holistic care. The agency operates seven days a week with flexible scheduling including weekday, weekend, overnight, and 12-hour shifts.

The agency accepts most Office of Long-Term Living (OLTL) Waiver programs including PAS, CHC, Act 150, and AVCC, and offers multiple convenient payment methods to make care accessible to families.
