Moving your parent into a senior living home can be very stressful. Transitions for Senior Living introduced us to Holiday Briarcrest Estates in beautiful Ballwin, MO. My wife and I were introduced to Karen Blessing the Sales Manager at Briarcrest. Karen is simply amazing. Of all the Sales Managers at multiple senior living locations, Karen was the most professional, most friendly and most informative by miles than the others! Not only that but she was instrumental with working with our 94yo Dad to obtain the room he wanted. Karen is what her last name is "A Blessing"!! Karen's boss John was also so helpful and the best of all General Manager's we met. He is so friendly and professional that he made us feel so comfortable. Karen introduced my dad to the head of the Simply Assisted Living services Mary, who absolutely was wonderful speaking with Dad about his services he requested. The office manager Anthony is also so helpful and professional. He showed us around on July 4th and helped us determine the room my dad wanted. Anthea is the excellent Hospitality Manager and was also extremely nice and professional. Karen set up lunch for our dad to meet and speak with current tenents and it was a big success. They are doing a total makeover with the hallway carpeting and everything was clean and by far the best place for our Dad. I highly recommend Briarcrest Estates for anyone that is considering independent senior living with affordable and excellent assisted living needs. No other facility came close to meet these requirements. A++ all around for Briarcrest Estates!
