Staff is awesome:: Director, Charlie Smith’s office was near the entrance. His door was always open and was available. I saw him doing things that I’m sure were not in his job description just to be helpful. He was very friendly.

The Administrative staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. If I could give 100 stars, I would! I can't say enough good things about Hillsville Health and Rehab. My mom was there for 30 days for rehab, and she got excellent therapy and care, and she even liked the food. Everyone there is happy and they make you feel like family. We are very pleased with the care and love that she received there, and will miss everybody there!

Fun times are ahead

I've had the opportunity to see the dedication and professionalism of some of the leadership staff at this facility, and it is clear they are committed to doing what's best for residents, families, and staff. Their leadership, responsiveness, and genuine care for others set a positive tone throughout the organization. It's always encouraging to see someone who takes pride in their work and strives to make a difference every day.
