hillside is an amazing place for all ages, the staff are always so sweet and dedicated to the residents

The new owner is doing a wonderful job at making positive changes for the facility. Walking in the front door you can see that the new owner is really wanting to turn this facility around and the improvements are helping. Staff is always nice and helpful.

Remodeling doesn't help the staff issues,and residents being assaulted by others. Communication is lacking and the place doesn't seem to follow health department orders. This place needs lots of improvement to even get another star.

This facility has came a very long ways in 6 months . I visited the other day and there had been slot of changes. They are remodeling room by room and it’s beginning to feel like a home .
