If I could give a zero, I would! This agency obviously does not know the US rules and regulations in providing health care; and they do not provide the services advertised on their website. We have requested a different caregiver, but this company argues and will not work with us. A family member almost died due to the neglect from their employee. They are going to respond that I am not a client, but my family member is and this agency is horrible! We will be looking for another agency immediately and reporting this agency for neglect with proof from the hospital records.

My aid was constantly rude to me and yelled at me on a regular basis. She was constantly setting the smoke alarm off with her cooking which would really upset me and Jake me cry because I’m Autistic and loud noises really upset me and she would scream at me for crying. When I would ask her for help with things or just ask her for help with basic tasks and just ask her to perform her basic job duties, she would get mad at me, and be passive aggressive and yell and shout at me. She made me feel unsafe, and scared, and threatened. She was constantly making me cry when she was yelling and being rude towards me. It was very triggering for my PTSD and made me feel unsafe and threatened and scared. She seemed to take the stress of the job out on me. I didn’t feel safe with her in my home yelling at me all the time. She would frequently have loud arguments in Russian with her family members over the phone while helping me, much made me feel uncomfortable. She would get mad at me and yell at me just for asking her to do her job and help me with the things I need help with, which is why she was there and kinda her whole job. When I told Julia that the aid was yelling at me and making me feel unsafe and frightened and uncomfortable, Julia told me that it was okay for her to yell at me because I was a “difficult person to work with”. I don’t think I am a difficult person to work with, but if I am it’s because of my disability and it’s not my fault, and even if I am a difficult person to work with, that still does not excuse or justify yelling and screaming and verbally abusing a client. It’s never okay for an aid to yell and screaming at clients, even if they are difficult.

I am so thankful for the services provided by Integrity Home Care. They provided wonder care for my dad during the last six months of his life. He was treated with respect and dignity and it was such a blessing to know he was well taken care of while I was at work. It was obvious that caring for the elderly was not just a job to them but a desire to come along side families to help keep their loved one at home. We were a team working together and I appreciated the emotional support they provided to me as well as caring for my dad. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for help in caring for their loved one at home.

This is one of the happiest reviews I have ever written, because I have something truly good to brag about. For over 10 years, Integrity Home Care has provided daytime assistance to my disabled family member. During the week, my member and I rely on caregivers from Integrity to assist with meal preparation, baths, exercise, and other activities of daily living. Integrity caregivers even preform light housework when necessary. Integrity Home Care has allowed me to keep my family member at home while providing me with meaningful breaks to recharge. When I need to leave home for business or time away, I have peace of mind, knowing that my loved one is in the hands of caring and qualified professionals. Two thumbs up! We have been extremely pleased with the service and care which we have received from Integrity. My grandmother has a lot of health issues and the aids have been great with her. Yuliya is always willing to help and addressed our concerns promptly; she has even been helpful to us on advising the best course of action on my grandmother’s care. She is always available to take my calls or gets back to me quickly. I have always felt that Yuliya was there for us and that she truly cared; anytime my grandma was in the hospital she always checked in to see how she was doing. Yuliya is very kind and helpful and truly wants the best for her clients; she picks good aids and ensures quality care is provided at all times. I definitely would recommend Integrity to anyone looking for in home care for their family member.
