At first I thought this establishment was a great place when I came here with my Aunt. She was doing fine at first straight from the hospital. The staff were really nice and caring towards her. A day or two later my aunt had a stroke and they did not want to release the patient. We couldn’t even take her to the hospital until they get approval from health insurance to let her go. They also do not have proper care for a stroke and they justified saying that we can at least see her at the rehab & in the hospital we will not be able to see her because she will be in the ICU.

I recently had a very disappointing experience when attempting to contact this facility regarding a family inquiry. The individual who answered the phone was dismissive, spoke over me repeatedly, and was unwilling to provide basic professionalism during the interaction. Clear and respectful communication is especially important in healthcare environments, particularly when families are trying to obtain information or support. Unfortunately, the tone and handling of the call did not reflect the level of compassion or professionalism one would expect from a care facility. I hope leadership reviews phone communication practices to ensure that all callers — especially those in vulnerable situations — are treated with respect moving forward.

The staff at the front desk was courteous and efficient. Upstairs the nursing staff/pca’s were very professional and helpful. They went the extra mile to make sure my aunt was comfortable and had everything she needed. They were kind and supportive.

Staff was very humble, however, I only stayed 1 hr. Because the patient came in the pm. It is defiantly not a 5 star facility, and the beds needs to be upgraded. Praying the rehab goes great.
