Thank you for your feedback. Hills Crossing is a secured facility, both in Memory Care and Assisted Living. In order for a Resident to leave the facility, a code is entered by the employee and/or family member. The Resident must sign out when leaving and sign in when returning to the facility. This helps us to determine where the Resident is and approximately how long they will be out.........

The aides are not very awhere of missing residents,I had to push an elderly women back to the facility in her scooter,her battery was dead&she was stranded in the turn of the drive way&when I told the aide,she said "Oh I didn't even know she was missing"REALLY!!!NOW that's scary.
