This building has had some frequent management turn-over in the last few years. The current management team has worked tirelessly to create a culture of dignity and respect for both residents and staff. This building is a gem for its small community both in the nursing home and the attached assisted living facility.

This place is not what it’s cracked up to be. If you want your loved ones to sit in pee for 2 hours bring them here. They have all kinds of different traveling nurses that don’t read notes on their patients. The doctors don’t know what patients they are talking about when giving orders and if they give the orders they go back and blame them on everyone else. Call lights are left on for at least anywhere form 10 minutes to an hour and 20 minutes. The food is absolutely disgusting because it’s cold when they bring it out they get patients out of their rooms at 945 1000 and dinner is supposed to be served at noon. And maintenance workers when they don’t have enough help make the food and bring the food out. Not a place for even a dog to go to.

My Dad lived at Hillcrest for 2 years. Everyone Loved him, and treated him like a family member! My Mom now lives there, and she is so well taken care of. Everyone is so caring, and loving! I would recommend this wonderful facility to anyone!
