Trying to get a hold of a resident that lost her phone. I'm out of town right now, so phone is my only option. Called the number listed. It said I'd be connected with an operator, but nope. Just puts you in a loop where all you can do is leave a message. So I left 2 over 2 days. Sales goes to voice-mail as well. Both email addresses listed on the website are not in service. I have bounse backs on both. Left a detailed message on the web form, still nothing. I'm just trying to find out when her doctor appointment is so I can help. What if this was an emergency? I don't think I could be more frustrated.

High point is just beautiful! Spacious and well design rooms , everything is clean and well maintained and the staff is welcoming and supportive and passionate about the residents. The director of sales and marketing, Megan is extremely helpful and kind and has an amazing energy that you can feel when you walk in . I would recommend to anyone looking for a safe place for your loved one .
