I am writing to formally express my concerns regarding the care provided at Hidden Meadows on the Ridge. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this facility for your loved ones.<br><br>During my loved one's less than 48 hour stay, I encountered a significant lack of communication and a failure to provide proper notice regarding important matters. Furthermore, I am deeply concerned that an undisclosed incident may have occurred, as my loved one experienced a rapid decline in cognition and has since been placed on hospice care.<br><br>I hope this information is helpful to those evaluating care options.<br><br>Addendum<br>My love one passed 3 weeks after spending 2 nights here. I hope you can find a better alternative for your family member and don't make the same mistake we did In trusting hidden meadows with his care.

Called for general information getting ready for potential transition of a loved one. The director of sales was very helpful and didn’t seem as pushy as some of the other options.

I recently toured Hidden Meadows and was very impressed with the community. It is one of the best I have seen so far. Everyone was welcoming and friendly. Kyle was especially helpful and provided a great deal of valuable information during the tour. The Executive Director also took the time to welcome us, which was a thoughtful touch I have not experienced at other communities.

Food is sadly sub par.,.staff across the board care sndcsrecALL wonderful, another resideent told me they can't keep a chef! Good food is basic!!

Very concerned with food being sent and prepared at Dementia unit. While visiting my Aunt I was taken back that the kitchen is not being used. Employees upset as well saying food comes over for each meal from other kitchen. Why? Is this the norm in Senior Care- it seemed like poor cafeteria service. Staff at least were polite and honest. Very confused and concerned family.
