A Breath of fresh air in Little Rock I can not say enough good things about the transformation at Hickory Heights Health and Rehab. The newly remodeled facility is absolutely beautiful--bright, clean, and modern--but it is the staff that truly makes it shine. They provide such compassionate, patient centered care that you feel like family the moment you walk in. Finding this level of quality care at such an affordable price point is rare. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a caring and professional environment for their loved ones.

Absolutely the best LTC facility in Little Rock. With the recent remodel and adding their own dialysis unit your family will have the best care available. The staff is hands down the best there is. They will become YOUR family too.

I want to take a moment to recognize the incredible staff at this nursing home. The care, compassion, and respect they show to their residents every day truly stands out. The staff treats residents like family, making sure they feel comfortable, safe, and valued. The facility is clean, welcoming, and well organized, but what really makes the difference is the people who work there. Their kindness, patience, and dedication do not go unnoticed. It’s clear that they genuinely care about the well-being and dignity of every resident. Thank you to the entire team for the wonderful care you provide and for going above and beyond each day. Your hard work makes a meaningful difference in the lives of the residents and their families.

My brother Russell Lee was a resident of Hickory Heights for 18 months. They are a wonderful place to put your loved one to be taken care of that can't take care of themselves. The staff there is so amazing. They went above, and beyond to take care of my brother while he was there. I recommend Hickory Heights to anyone that needs a place for their loved one.

**Please disregard my google name, my 10 year old son got into my account** Hickory Heights Nursing and Rehab cared for my brother until God called him home. They were always very attentive, supportive, loving, caring, and knew how to work with him. He had an ordination ceremony, and became a Deacon to the nursing home. Hickory Heights made it possible for Russell to be able to fill his last days sharing God's word through Wednesday and Sunday sermons. He was always so excited to tell us (his family) what he was going to be preaching about. Recently, he endured a two week stay at the hospital, with the last few days there insisting that he return home. Hickory Heights was home. He wanted to be with the staff/friends that created a warm environment, cared for him, and befriended him. His second family. He came home on Friday, and left this world to go to his eternal home the following Monday. It brings me comfort to know that he was at peace and home at the nursing home, ready to leave all the pain behind. I can't say enough good things about Hickory Heights, other than you won't find a better place, with a staff that truly cares about your loved ones, and treats them as their own. They have a beautiful remodel of the building. As we were seeing our brother for the last time, that new fire place mesmerized me as I watched the flames dance, it brought tranquility while mourning. I'd be remiss if I didn't mention the activities director, having to keep my brother in his own lane with Bingo. He was very competitive, and LOVED Bingo days and his bingo dollars he saved to spend at the country market. Thank you to the nursing staff who communicated with me constantly, a special thank you to Michelle. Thank you to his therapists for encouraging him to keep going after each surgery. Thank you to each and every staff member who loved and cared for my brother. I know he was a handful. He loved you all.
