This facility is a smaller facility but has a lot of benefits to it. The biggest things is the staff is a lot more present and gives more of a personal and family vibe. You notice more teamwork within the staff and across departments from meals to cleaning. All the staff want to be involved and deeply care.

This facility truly feels like home. The staff are compassionate, dedicated, and go above and beyond to care for residents with kindness and respect. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and it’s clear that the team genuinely cares about both residents and families. You can feel the passion and pride the staff have in what they do every day.
