I would have gave this place 2 stars due to the process of never having enough food when always running out, food is always cold, never have any tea or Milk Coffee and other juice. They also seem to have their wires crossed when it comes to communication with the facility nurses & upper management. The second doctor that is supposed to make their rounds out here to check on patients haven’t even shown up, also not to mention the main doctor who’s not in the country for the last three weeks.

With all that going on, I will give this place five stars due to an aide by the name of Mary that works here. She goes above & beyond with the citizens that are here due to senior living or because of rehab.

Went to visit my granny today. This is what she was served. How despicable, dried out chicken and a piece of bread..
The girl in the kitchen was so rude, don't know her name she didn't have on name tag, long fake purple nails, guess she couldn't hear due to the loud rap music coming from back. My granny had to hear all this and couldn't even get ice in her tea or gravy for the disgusting chicken. Going to get her some real food. How sad

Hewitt Nursing and Rehab is the place to for shot or long term care. The therapy department has many success stories of residents that gained their strength and were able to return home. Hewitt ha more than rehab. There are residents that need long term care. These residents receive loving care from all staff members. Residents are busy with the Activities Department daily. The nursing staff care for the residents and make them feel like family. They are friendly and smiling when you first walk in the front door. The Wound Care Nurse ensures the residents skin and wound are treated daily. The facility is kept clean from the walls to the floors. The dietary department serves meals and snacks.
The business office works with families needing assistance with applying for Medicaid. Residents and their families are taken care of from the time the admissions department receives a referral for your loved one and throughout their entire stay and after discharge. Hewitt Nursing an d Rehab is the place to go when your loved one is in need of short or long term care. I would recommend Hewitt Nursing and Rehab to everyone.

Very pretty building and excellent customer service. The receptionist Shawn (I believe her name is) is the friendliest woman you'll meet. They are lucky to have her!
