My great grandmother was here last month! My grandmother talked highly of the Nurse jackie and all of therapy. She loved her private suite, she loved playing bingo and the arts and crafts they offered! She definitely would chose hermitage over again!

Everyone at Hermitage Rehabilitation took excellent care of my grandad during his rehabilitation. The nurses, staff, and administration team welcomed him with open arms, cared for him compassionately, and truly made him feel at home. They also kept my mother updated every step of the way, which meant so much to our family. I would highly recommend Hermitage Rehabilitation to anyone needing rehab care. We appreciate this team more than anything! ❤️

My great aunt has been at Hermitage for years on B hall. It is a great place. The ADON Jax is amazing. She takes great care of the residents and always is there for everyone. The nurses and aides are awesome. My aunt gets the best care. She loves it there and thinks of the staff as family.

My wife said it pretty well on FB so I am using it here: "Our aunt, Judy Poindexter, was at Hermitage Care and Rehabilitation for five weeks. I can not say enough good things about the staff and the facility. The staff treated her like their own family member. CNA Nicole was so sweet to her and made her feel special. All of the rehab nurses took great care of her. Judy liked going to physical therapy. Jared worked with her and always had a smile on his face. Emily was very prompt to get the medical records we requested. Terry was great in explaining everything to us and guiding us in the care plan meeting. The custodial staff kept her room clean. Whenever I met any staff in the hallway, anywhere in the building, they were always friendly and said hello. I know the nurses and aids all heard about her family and her Herndon friends because Judy loved to talk! Robin was a blessing on the night Judy passed away. Thank you all for treating Judy with kindness and respect and taking such good care of her in the short time she had left. I think the greatest compliment came from Judy when she told my husband about a week before she passed, “I am so glad I did not have to go to a nursing home. I agree, sweet Judy, Hermitage is more like home." Thank you, Don Bradley
