Samantha and her entire nursing and therapy team have done an outstanding job taking care of my Mother over the past few weeks. Their compassion, professionalism, and attention to detail truly made a difference during a challenging time. From the moment she arrived, she was made to feel welcome; including a thoughtful welcome basket waiting in her room. They treated her with dignity and kindness and kept our family informed every step of the way. We are incredibly grateful for the care she received and highly recommend this team to anyone in need.

I came in today to visit my grandmother. She hasn’t had anyone visit in over a month due to sickness and lack of transportation but when I came in on a random Thursday, someone was in her room doing her makeup and making her feel special. It truly touched my heart. Thank you to the health care workers at Heritage Trails, for all that you do for my grandmother and every other resident there.

Last year, this was the nastiest facility that I personally have ever had to walk into. If I could rate it a zero I would. There have been a lot of renovations in the last 15 months or so but fresh paint doesn't fix internal issues nor staff/patient care concerns. The kitchen and food prep is still sub-par. Even clients that have been living there long term have shared horror stories they have witnessed. It is very heartbreaking to have been forced to see and hear what I did. This facility does not deserve to have the honor of being open for business nor boasting services for veterans who gave everything for this country or everyday people that we call our loved ones.

My Dad was here almost 2 months on hospice before he passed. The staff were sweet, understanding, and caring. While it is very difficult to lose someone you love, I am so thankful that Heritage Trails staff surrounded him and our family with love and support through the difficult days ❣️
