Thee absolute worst nursing home ever! I thought the one my dad was at before was bad but this one is by far the worst they do not care about your loved one at all you can tell when it’s all about a check my dad always will have an hospital gown on and I had bought him clothes up there which was never put on him at all his Calvin Klein hat went missing and a pack of socks I bought him also there were times my dad just had on a diaper and nothing else my dad was anemic a cancer patient plus he was in hospice my dad told me he was cold so when I went to ask a nurse why he didn’t have clothes on her excuse was he didn’t say he cold to me and I’m thinking common sense would have told you to put clothes on him something this wasn’t the first time this happened I also spoke with the DON which was a waste of my time because she is so nonchalant, arrogant and ghetto her excuse was my dad took his own clothes off which my dad was very frail so I know that was very impossible it’s like she acted like she couldn’t do nothing about it It was times I had to tell a nurse my dad needed to be changed his diaper would have feces stains on it they honestly don’t give a care about your loved ones so if you all do have love ones at this facility please check on them My dad end up passing at the nursing home on June 8, 2025

Don't ever send your loved ones here it reeks of urine my brother is in ICU with dehydration covid under nourished and a failed kidney! My nephew went back to get his clothes they're all gone! They need to shut this place down it's not fit for a dog

This place is absolutely dirty and disgusting. I don't understand how they are still open and passing licensing regulations. The carpets are filthy, rooms aren't cleaned well, TV's in the rooms do not work. The women at the front desk barely acknowledge you and speak; unprofessional. This place is old, dirty and run down. Please visit your family on a daily basis, call and check in. I took my mother some food that needed to be warmed up. I was instructed to use the microwave in the staff lounge. I finally found it in the basement, the microwave was filthy. I had never seen anything like it. But was I totally shocked, no. I am glad my mother is no longer here at this facility. RUN!

This place is the absolute worst. This dump should be shut down permanently. The elevators reaked of urine. The windows looked liked they haven't been treated since who knows. My father was there for two weeks and it was the worst two weeks of his life. He barely received physical therapy which was why he was there in the first place. Most of the staff there is heartless very minimal compassion when it comes to their patients. The only time compassion is showed is if there is a family member there. I do not recommend this dump to no one.
