My uncle stayed at this facility for less than 4 days before passing away. For those few days, they charged $6,500.<br><br>The CEO verbally used a prorated rate to induce the family to use them, but upon my uncle’s very quick passing, they completely reversed position… They kept 100% of the $6,500!<br><br>Even after repeated attempts, they refused to discuss a fair prorated refund for the unused days, and never once returned my phone calls.<br><br>This made me feel totally dismissed during our family's grief. I would be careful before trusting them with your loved ones or your finances.
