This is the most unprofessional, apartment complex in Independence! The staff is rude, condescending and uninformed on late fees, accounting and payments. They don’t care about the seniors that live here, will charge fees for their mistakes, imply their tenants don’t have money and will yell at in-person customers that come into the office when they are on the phone. After this mornings experience with this staff I have called corporate and are thinking about getting legal representation. If you care about your loved ones DO NOT MOVE THEM HERE! You will have years of misappropriation of payments, incorrect payment ledgers and stress.

A friend of mine lives there. He gave me a little tour, he said " if you stay to yourself and don't tell nobody your business", that it's a very nice place to live. Laundry Room with vending machines, Library / lounge, community room where they play Bingo, & have arts & crafts, even a fitness room! No smoking so if you are a smoker be prepared to go outside to the designated smoking area. It is all over all a wonderful, safe, secure place to live as far as I've seen❣️
