Heritage House is an assisted living community located in Goleta, in the Santa Barbara area of California. The facility comprises 56 studio and 1-bedroom apartments designed in an apartment-style habitat that bridges independent living and nursing home care.

Inside, Heritage House is structured into four neighborhoods that radiate from central community living, dining, and activity areas, creating a home-like environment combined with licensed assisted care services.
