They take good care of my grandfather. Every time I’ve come to see him he is clean and comfortable. When I ask staff for something they are quick and attentive.

They are mistreating my mother, they barley give her baths or meals, every time we go to complain, they ALWAYS go to her room and yell at her. We have tried to get her moved but they keep making excuses to not transfer her. I will NEVER come back EVER.!!!!!!

Heritage Hall provided excellent care to my aunt who was a resident there for almost a year before her cancer diagnosis. She was placed on hospice and the staff at Heritage Hall was amazing they took such good care of her, as well as our family who was allowed to stay with her till her passing. Our family couldn6be more please with her care. I would highly recommend them.
