My mother and my husband's aunt are full time residents. They are both very pleased to be at Heritage Hall. I am generally pleased with the facility and care they both receive. The only consistent complaint is the temperature of the food, STILL!!!

Worst place ever. Night shift was very abusive. Lady in charge lied, said they take excellent care of their patients. Dad went after a 2 week hospital stay to get strong enough to go home. After just 2.5 days, he came home weaker than when he went in. They came in once a day and didn't even give half his meds. Staff didn't know how to operate their own equipment. STAY AWAY!!!

Awful place to send a loved one. They ignore them and do not care for them as needed. They only come to the room once a day. The patient’s suffer. They do not get the help they need. Put my father in there and had to pull him out on day 3. He did not get the care he needed and went downhill fast. The patient that shared the room with him has been there for 7 years and he also said it was the worst place any person could be and that he doesn’t have any other choice but to be there.
