I spent some time there , had great experience everyone was so nice but I have to give a big shout out to Laura Perry she went above and beyond to get me home she never gave up, I have never had anyone work so hard for me and she is one of the nicest women I have ever met I just can't say enough good things about Laura. God Bless Laura.

I have gone back and forth on writing this review because no words feel strong enough for the anger, heartbreak, and guilt my family now carries after trusting this facility with my mother’s life.<br><br>We placed our faith in people who were supposed to protect her, care for her, advocate for her, and treat her with dignity. Instead, we watched concern after concern be overlooked while we were left feeling dismissed, unheard, and emotionally drained trying to fight for basic compassion and accountability.<br><br>Nothing prepares you for the horror of realizing the people being paid to care for your loved one may not truly see them as a human being anymore — just another room number, another patient, another task to get through. That realization will haunt me for the rest of my life.<br><br>My mother deserved patience, urgency, kindness, cleanliness, attention, comfort, and proper care in her final days. She deserved staff who actually listened when something was wrong instead of making families feel like they were overreacting for advocating for the person they love.<br><br>The emotional trauma this facility has left behind is indescribable. We now live with grief mixed with anger, unanswered questions, and the unbearable weight of wondering how different things could have been if concerns had been taken seriously sooner.<br><br>To any family considering this place: do not blindly trust what you are told. Show up unexpectedly. Ask hard questions. Document everything. Be loud when something feels wrong. Because once your loved one is gone, you are the one left carrying the pain while this facility continues operating like nothing happened.<br><br>My mother was more than a bed to fill and a chart to complete. She was loved deeply. And I will never stop regretting trusting this facility with her care.

This place should be shut down immediately! Patients left in wet diapers, always short staffed, some of nurses are hateful, cannot have a nice recliner to sit in, have to sit in wheelchair. My father-in-law was there and they overdosed him and he died. Keep your loved one out of this terrible place!

Placing my mom in a nursing home was one of the hardest decisions I’ve ever had to make. There’s a fear and guilt that comes with it that’s hard to explain unless you’ve been through it. But from the moment she arrived here, that fear slowly started to fade.The staff didn’t just welcome her they embraced her. They treat her with so much kindness, patience, and dignity that it truly brings me comfort in a way I didn’t think was possible. You can tell this isn’t just a job to them. They genuinely care, and that shows in every interaction, every smile, every moment they take to make her feel seen and valued. There have been times I’ve walked in feeling worried or overwhelmed, and I’ve left feeling reassured because I can see the love and attention she’s receiving. They talk to her, laugh with her, and treat her like family and that means everything to me. The facility is warm and welcoming, but it’s the people inside it who make it feel like a home. Knowing my mom is safe, cared for, and surrounded by people who truly have her best interest at heart has lifted such a heavy weight off my shoulders. I’m beyond grateful for the care they’ve given her and the peace they’ve given me. If you’re facing this difficult decision, I hope you find a place like this because it makes all the difference.
